Rose Bear Updates

We are sending this message to update all of our customers about the issue with the rose bears. We want to be completely transparent with you as we go through this refund process. We are a small business made up of young entrepreneurs. In short, we were scammed by our “supplier”. We used the money our customers paid us to pay the “supplier” for the bears, but the bears were never shipped and the “supplier” never had any intentions of sending the bears. We have contacted police and filed a report with the FBI.

We applied for a business loan in order to refund all our customers and hope to refund our customers as soon as we can, but currently do not know when we will be able to.

We know we have disappointed so many of you and are sincerely sorry. We really appreciate everyone who has reached out to us with kind words and encouragement. We will continue to send out messages updating our customers about what is happening as we are able to. We are a very small team and it is hard for us to keep up with all of the messages.

Again, we want to extend our deepest apologies for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience in this situation.

Hello –

We are deeply sorry for all the inconveniences we have caused you this Valentine’s Day. We will be issuing refunds on all Rose Bear orders. Long story short, we paid our supplier, but the orders were never shipped to our customers. Please be patient as we resolve these issues.

We are a small business with not enough employees to respond to the amount of individual emails we have received, however, we are doing our best to respond to all individual needs. We understand we have disappointed our customers and we are sincerely sorry. It has been reported to the FBI and we are seeking resolution to all the issues at hand.

We hope you were still able to enjoy your Valentine’s Day and we thank you for your understanding.
